Parish Home Visitation - Door to Door Ministry

It is not enough to discover Christ.
You must bring Him to others!

Pope John Paul II

Moved by the words of our Holy Father regarding evangelization, Parish Home Visitation gives people an avenue to practice their baptismal call to mission. It is simply taking the command of Jesus literally: "He sent them to proclaim the kingdom of God . Then they set out and went from village to village proclaiming the good news." (Luke 9). It is a stepping out in faith to share the love of God, and to invite others to come to share in His love. It is the perennial invitation to "come and see."

Let evangelization be the spirit and the impulse that brings you "door to door" with the love of God and a gentle invitation.

DOOR TO DOOR HOME VISITATION - Archdiocese of Philadelphia
Moved by the words of Pope John Paul II regarding evangelization, this outreach gives people an avenue to practice their call to mission. It is open to families as well as youth. The outreach also demonstrates to children the need to act on their faith by being involved in community and giving back to God what He has blessed us with - our Catholic faith.
