St. Philip Neri PREP in Lafayette Hill prepared for Lent by listening to the HCA Mission Education Coordinator describe their role in Mission.  The children promised to remember in prayer the families and Missionaries of Senegal, our country of focus this Lenten season.

Members of the PREP at Immaculate Conception Parish in Jenkintown celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany with a Mission prayer service.  Maureen Rilling, HCA Mission Coordinator, told the children how they could bring gifts to Jesus through their prayers and sacrifices for the Missions.

HCA Mission Education Coordinator Maureen Rilling visited Holy Trinity School in Morrisville and Saint Bridget School in Philadelphia as the students prepared for Advent.  Mrs. Rilling reminded the children that just as they were waiting for Jesus, many young people in Mission Dioceses were preparing to hear the Christmas story for the first time.  Children at these two schools joined other HCA members in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and across the United States in praying in a special way for families and Missionaries in Nepal during Advent.
