MIRROR GOD' S MERCY

Hello, this is Cardinal Rigali. As God forgives us for our sins, so too are we called to show the same mercy toward others. Think about someone who has hurt you in the past. That person may be a friend, relative, or co-worker. Pray for that person and for the strength to forgive them for their actions. Forgiving others frees us from anger and bitterness and brings us closer to God, who shows mercy toward all people.

I encourage you to pray the words that Jesus gave us: Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
