CHRISTMAS

Hello, this is Cardinal Rigali.

The joy and wonder of Christmas is that God loves us so much that He became one of us. The joy and wonder of Christmas is that the all powerful God, the Creator and Ruler of the universe, became a newborn baby - who literally cried out to be held close.

This Christmas Jesus continues to cry out to you to be held close. Jesus wants us to hold Him close in our prayers, in His Church, and in our love for others.

For those who have allowed themselves to drift from God, Christmas is the perfect time to come back to Him. God loves you so much that He came to be with you. Jesus loves you so much that He is crying out to you to be held close.

May God bless you.
