THE STORY OF GOD'S LOVE
When the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, came to the United States on one of his pastoral visits, he stated that he had come in order to tell again the story of God's love.
This story of God's love is the story told by Christ in the wonderful revelation of the love of the Holy Trinity and in Christ's love in giving His life for us.
We, in turn, are challenged to respond to God's love with a love that is total, sacrificial, and joyful.
Our whole life is explained by the story of God's love. Everything we do has value only to the extent that it helps us and others to share in the love of God.
