GRADUATIONS - THE PRESENCE OF GOD

Hello, this is Cardinal Rigali.

Graduations are happy occasions - a time to celebrate a wonderful accomplishment and to look forward to new opportunities. Often, however, there is an element of sadness as well. Friends are left behind and a chapter of life ends.

Throughout life we all experience such times of transition and change: marriage, a new home, retirement. Each brings its own joys and its own challenges.

But in all of the transitions and changes of life, there is one constant upon which we can always rely - one thing that never changes. That is the ever present love of God. No matter where we are or what we are doing, God is with us.

May God bless you.
