Cardinal Justin Rigali, Archbishop of Philadelphia, will be the celebrant and homilist at the Mass for the 3rd anniversary of the Death of Pope John Paul II at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, 18th Streets and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
