Cardinal Justin Rigali, Archbishop of Philadelphia, will be the celebrant and homilist at the thirty-first Annual Academic Honors Convocation to recognize Distinguished Scholars of the Catholic Secondary School in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul.
