Cluster 15 Implementation Committee of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia consists of two Pastors and representatives from the Cluster Parishes. The committee meets bimonthly to track achievement of plan goals and to give direction and/or assistance to subcommittees carrying out the Cluster Plan goals.
Cluster 15 Pastoral Plan's Goals are as follows:
- To develop and utilize the varied lay leadership and resources of this large cluster.
- To nurture the spiritual growth and development of our children, teenagers and young adults.
To evangelize the inactive Catholics, indifferent Catholics and non-Catholics in our community.
Subcommittees were formed and the following categories are represented: Lay Leadership, Youth & Young Adults, Evangelization and Ministry Day. The Implementation Committee is seeking the personal involvement of all the Cluster Pastors in setting the direction for the continuation of the implementation of the Cluster Pastoral Plan. The pastors will be asked to appoint one or two representatives to the Cluster Implementation Committee, if the parish is not represented. The Subcommittee for Lay Leadership is evaluating enrichment programs for various ministries in the Cluster. The Subcommittee on Youth & Young Adults is exploring various young adult initiatives throughout the Archdiocese. The Implementation Committee is reviewing a proposal for a Cluster Adult Religious Education Program.
