Fall Program for Cluster Subcommittee Representatives
In the interest of providing ongoing support and guidance, the Implementation Committee will invite individual parish representatives of the Youth Ministry, Adult Education, and Stewardship subcommittees to attend the September meeting of the Cluster Implementation Committee.

Advent Penance Services
A proposal was made to coordinate and communicate our schedule for Advent Penance Services in order to offer greater availability of the Sacrament of Reconciliation to all parishioners. This was considered to be a good opportunity for parishioners to participate in a true Cluster activity. Pastors were asked to develop a schedule.

Workshops for Clusters
The two workshops developed by Neumann College to meet the specific needs of Clusters in Delaware County are now available:

Parish Pastoral Council Orientation
The workshop will delineate the roles and responsibilities of the Pastor, Council members, other parish committee volunteers, and parishioners in the structure which aims to facilitate the fostering of full participation of the entire parish in the life and mission of the parish and the Universal Church.

Volunteer Management Training
The goal of the workshop is to equip leaders with the essential elements of, and best practices in, managing volunteers to carry out parish pastoral programs and activities.

We will continue to work together on the goals identified in our Cluster Plan as having the most significant need for attention and cooperation-Youth Ministry, Adult Education, and Stewardship.

We ask for your prayers and continued support. We will keep you informed of our progress.
