Determination of Status

The Cluster Implementation Committee in consultation with  Parish Pastoral Councils will gather information upon which a recommendation for the status of the cluster plan will be based.   Three status options are:
  1. Hold - implementation is complete, new data does not necessitate new cluster plan at this time,
  2. Continue - implementation is not complete, new data does not indicate a need for revised cluster plan, or,
  3. New Cluster Plan -  implementation is either complete or plan is no longer operational, new data indicates new cluster plan is needed.
Other information to be used to recommend the status of the cluster pastoral plan will be provided by the parish representatives.  This includes:
