The mission of BLOCS is to enlist financial support for the continuance and long-term betterment of the Catholic elementary, secondary and special education schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. BLOCS is led by Chairman David F. Girard-diCarlo, Esquire, managing partner of Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley.
Catholic schools play an important role in producing a well educated and value-oriented workforce for the Philadelphia area.
