Father Bozeman attended Our Mother of Sorrows School, West Catholic High School, and La Salle University, all in Philadelphia, before entering St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood.

The concelebrants are Reverend Monsignor Albert Norrell, Reverend Monsignor James Daily, Reverend Monsignor Kenneth McAteer, Reverend Rayford Emmons, Reverend David Benz, Reverend William Murphy, Reverend Alexander Masluk. The homilist is Reverend Monsignor Wallace A. Harris, vicar of Central Harlem. The deacons are Rev. Mr. William Champagne and Rev. Mr. Scott Ardinger.
There are ten men in the Class of 2000. At the end of May, each of the newly ordained priests will be assigned to a parish in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where they will serve as parochial vicars. A parochial vicar is a priest appointed by the Cardinal to assist the pastor of a parish.
