The homilist is the Most Reverend Oscar Lipscomb, Archbishop of Alabama. A reception and dinner immediately follow the Mass at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel.
This annual Mass, traditionally called the "Red Mass," carries its name because of the color of the vestments worn.
