Cardinal Bevilacqua will be joined by Reverend Monsignor Timothy Senior, Secretary for Catholic Human Services and other key participants in the initiative. The Honorable John F. Street, Mayor of Philadelphia will also attend. Community and civic leaders will also be present.

Editor's Note: In case of inclement weather, the news conference will be held in the school hall of Visitation B.V.M. School. The entrance is at the front of the school on Lehigh Avenue. Parking for either site is available along Lehigh or Kensington Avenues.
