Father Lea attended St. Ambrose Parish Elementary School in Philadelphia; St. Joseph's Preparatory Seminary in Princeton, NJ; Our Lady of Grace Seminary in Boston, MA and Oxford University before entering St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood.

The homilist is Father Shawn L. Mahoney. The deacons are Rev. Mr. Robert Sinatra and Rev. Mr. Anthony Gualano. Concelebrants include Reverend Monsignor Louis D'Addezio, Reverend Monsignor Philip C. Ricci and Reverend Anthony W. Janton.

There are four men in the class of 2004. At the end of May, each of the newly ordained priests will be assigned to a parish in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where they will serve as parochial vicars. A parochial vicar is a priest appointed by the Cardinal to assist the pastor of a parish.
