Don Guanella School to Participate in
157th South Marple Little League Anniversary

Don Guanella School will participate in the South Marple Little League 157th anniversary game and party to be held on the school grounds. The young men of Don Guanella will participate along with three other teams made up of men from the Cardinal Krol Center and women from Divine Providence. This unique league is one of the first of its kind in the country.

Local representatives of Marple Township and The Philadelphia Eagle's mascot "Swoop" will be on hand for the game. There will also be refreshments and official team pictures taken during the festivities.

Don Guanella School is a facility operated by Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in Springfield, Delaware County, for boys with a wide variety of disabilities ranging in age from six to 21.
