A native of Malvern, Pa, Rev. Mr. Weber has been serving as deacon at Our Lady of Grace, Penndel, Bucks County. He attended Shamona Creek Elementary School; Lionville Middle School; and Downingtown Area High School (2000) before entering Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood. Mr. Weber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (2005) and Master of Divinity (2008) from Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary.

There are six Archdiocese of Philadelphia men in the Class of 2009. At the end of May, each of the newly ordained priests will be assigned to an Archdiocesan parish where they will serve as parochial vicars. A parochial vicar is a priest appointed by the Cardinal to assist the pastor of a parish.
