On Wednesday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m., Most Reverend Joseph P. McFadden, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia, will serve as the honorary chaplain to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Bishop McFadden was invited by members of the Irish Caucus to serve as the Guest Chaplain of the House of Representatives in observance of Saint Patrick's Day.
