Over the past year, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia implemented a Powerful Learning Practice (PLP) initiative into all of its high schools. The program is a professional development initiative that facilitates immersion experiences for teachers in 21st Century learning, technology and teaching methods. The projects featured at this meeting will also be shared online via a PLP virtual learning community, where teachers can share resources for implementing the innovative collaborative potential of emerging social web technologies at participating Catholic schools throughout the Archdiocese.
