In January 2010, Cardinal Rigali announced that Immaculate Conception, Queen of the Universe, St. Francis Cabrini, and St. Joseph the Worker Parish Schools would join together in September 2010 to form a new regional school named Holy Family Regional Catholic School. The school is located at the site of the former Queen of the Universe School, 2447 Trenton Road.
